I bought cheaper thermometer covers, and they tore every time I tried to use them! We were so frustrated with it! It is so much easier to use these.
I like the way they work and the price is very reasonable. I find them to fit better on my $1 thermometer than most brands.

Since I eventually ran out of my old covers, these are going to be my new ones. There is nothing good about them. While most of them try to remove the paper, more than half are broken. I find it so just had to give up and am now using the thermometer after every use while cleaning it. In the near future, I hope to purchase new thermometer covers at the store once I have recovered.

It is difficult to open the Trying to get the wrappers off the covers can easily cause them to rip. You can insert your thermometer probe without much effort. Be a bit cautious about believing that a probe does not need cleaning after it has been used.
