The thermometer seems to be inaccurate. I own several Mueller products that I am very pleased with, but this is one of them. Although it looks attractive and is very easy to read, when tested multiple times on different family members we found that both our digital thermometer and mercury thermometer matched on simultaneous readings, but the infrared thermometer was never consistent.

I think the Mueller Ear Forehead Thermometer is a rather useful tool. It was calibrated against a regular thermometer and found to be accurate This was indeed the case. They are not only a great company to work with, but they also are very attentive. I like the fact that it can be used for so many different things. With no need to touch the forehead or ears, as well as the color indicator, I appreciate the use of body temperatures. After getting the other no-contact thermometer a few months before this one, I saw that this one was much better. Getting an offer to try this thermometer at the right time couldn't have been more perfect for me. I was in need of a new electronic thermometer because my old model was falling apart. The time it takes for me to familiarize myself with all its features has been nonexistent, since I was so taken aback by it out of the box. By pressing the power button twice and the temperature button, you can get an accurate temperature reading in about a minute. Count to 5 in five I love a thermometer that gives me a smiley face if my temperature is normal because that's exactly what I want from one! The temperature is now kept by the door and I make sure anyone who visits my home has one on hand. enjoy it a great deal. Here's the thermometer for those who don't know what it is! In the past year, I used two forehead thermometers as well as no touch thermometers at work and at home. There is nothing I like more than this one. It has a very specific I like this thermometer because it is simple to read and easy to use. A neat feature is that it saves the last reading. In case you would prefer to take your temperature with an earpiece as well, it has these options. This thermometer is awesome! I am so impressed and pleased with it!.
