The one I bought is a good Having "smart" features was not important, but having a body I liked was There were a lot of fats to choose from, but this was one of the best- A range of models at different prices. Yet I decided to download the scale's app (which you have to do if you want to use it for anything other than *Boy, was I in for a pleasant surprise! Not only can I track weight, BMI, % body fat, and fat-free mass, but it also measures and compares fat to muscle mass!
My preferred method of tracking is to use weight/circumference, but there are very few locations where you can do that that also do not require food. Input is confusing, and it's more difficult to see what you're trying to track, as it focuses exclusively on food and calories. Everything I want to track is located in one spot, making it easy and simple for me. The love is in the air! As well, it is nice not to have to "zero" the scale before I step on it. A little over three months after starting, I quit my job

Today, the scale told me that I lost seven pounds over the past 4 days. I've had this scale for almost 3 months. I initially weighed one pound more on the scale than I did on my old scale when I first got it. Although I was aware that there would be some differences between the scales, it was not unfamiliar to me. I appear to be 10 lbs lighter with this new scale than I was with my old one. My old scale probably measures me closer to what I weigh than the one I am using now. So I know I have not lost 7 pounds in 4 days. There is no way for me to contact the seller to get a replacement scale. I have no way of returning this scale, and it is not listed on my Amazon app. There are no words to explain how disappointed I am! Despite buying this because it was a cheaper option, I've forgotten once again that quality can't be understated.
