It's not that complex once you get to the point. The Settings, date, and time, are second hand information. I gave it five stars for accuracy and ease of use. In the end, our overall score of 4 stars is due to something not covered The settings for date and time are reset to default when the unit is turned off and the slide switch is turned off. However, the measurements are still available, apparently in non-standard formats. My favorite part of this cuff is its design! You just have to use it to see how easy it is! And it's very accurate, One of the things I like about it is the fact that it's rechargeable, so you never have to worry about running out of batteries just before you need to use it, then hunting for some new ones just to discover you don't I would highly recommend this product.
