You can choose between five different strengths of the LED light. The light has both a low and a high beam, depending on how you want to use it. The lenses and light can be tilted up or down. The nose piece either works as is or can be covered with a sponge cushion if it hurts your nose. Both side arms and a head band are included, so go with what feels most comfortable for you. If you want, you can also easily remove it with a tiny Phillips screwdriver. This product is extremely useful for my mother who has macular degeneration in both eyes and is having trouble seeing fine print and lines on checks. I purchased one for her. Her wish was to be able to play the piano again, and with these resources she is able to do that. As I was going cross-country, I decided to purchase a pair for myself I stitch with a needle and thread.
