Questions & Answers
The model I bought is not the one I've received.
This handset can be a bit loud, but it is certainly capable!
The one I was looking for didn't exist. In addition to lacking Caller ID and Voicemail, it doesn't have Caller ID.
As a result, the base of this phone must sit flat in order to be used.

My mother has grown accustomed to this phone model since she first bought it - A lawyer who is blind legally. For her to be able to function in her own home, she has them all around her house. By hearing the voice announcements of callers, she can recognize them or let a solicitation go to her answering machine. (YES. Despite her lack of experience with cell phones, she still uses an answering machine. When a number is selected, a voice announcement is made as the buttons are pressed. I found it useful to confirm the number I With this model of telephone, she wouldn't be without it for a moment.
A good amount of space is provided between the buttons, as well as sufficient size. There is only one thing that could be improved in the cradle. The phone could be laid down so that it might be a bit easier for those who are legally blind (or just clumsy). It is a great phone! I highly recommend it!.
A different brand one that we bought for my 84yr old grandfather stopped working and ringing. I bought this one for him. I have never seen a phone like this before. I was shocked the first time I heard my Grandfather say he wants a phone that can just be used as a speakerphone. A voice talker, it is so obnoxious that it startles him every time. Rather than a traditional phone, instead we purchased a phone that not only allows him to hear himself, but also can hear the incoming call, as well as the numbers he presses. In this way, an already excellent phone has been made even better. His jaw dropped when he learned how technology could accomplish If you want to provide this type of phone to the elders, go with this model or one of their others. This is a movie that will not let you down.
It's incredibly expensive compared to phones that are far higher quality than this one, the sound is awful and this is a phone I didn't enjoy at all.
My dad gave me the best phone. He can feel and use the buttons and you can set it up to do one-touch calling.
No clear sound could be heard. The speaker has not been identified.
I don't know when she'll be able to grasp it, but I believe she will. As far as buttons go, they are large and easy to see. As a whole, I am happy with this phone and we will see how it holds up.
A friend of mine in 88-years-old bought me this The year is My mother needed a new cordless phone with speed dial because she had an old one that was out of date. A standard for this feature does not appear to be being developed anymore Buying it at a bricks-and-mortar store is more expensive than getting a cordless phone right off the shelf The speed dial feature we were searching for is not provided by brick-and-mortar, but it does exist. The sound quality is superb I am very fortunate that my mother has excellent
The customer service provided by this company has also been very good. She used the phone for a couple of weeks and started noticing an occasional buzz on the line. This was not the case with her main landline phone so we assumed (incorrectly) that the buzz was coming from My call to customer service was promptly returned and the request to return the phone was promptly granted. However, the problem was with the phone line itself, and to be fair, Mother was very interested in getting her phone back. Upon paying for shipping to and fro once already (after ordering one of these phones already), we are planning on ordering a second one.
