The phone is quite attractive and worked well even though we purchased it because of its appearance. This keyboard feels nice and heavy, not cheap or flimsy at all. Be sure to read the instructions carefully if you intend to mount the product Don't do it wrong (yes, I learned that the hard way), and the receiver won't stay on the base. There's nothing complicated about this phone it's simple but excellent.
There was a lot of static on the line and the phone is poorly constructed. I had to order a better phone immediately. I would not recommend this.
