Questions & Answers

The cup holder will fit on a padded wheelchair arm rest, not sure if it fits on a non-padded arm ?

As far as I can tell, it can't. By looking at the photo, you can see how small the attachment is. These tubes fit into those round ones. Can you put it under or in front of the arm rest? I don't think there's anything else to suggest.

Are you aware of how strong this material is? It can be beaten up by someone in a wheelchair, but can it survive?

This is a very strong sentence. You can use a child's chair for this.

Our family walker is a four wheeled Invacare model (with seat and hand brakes). The Regis cup holder is compatible with it, right?

Since we bought them for wheelchairs and old walkers, I am not sure what they will be used for. This seems like it would be a good idea. Our VA hospital loved them, and we were able to buy a lot of them for it. My next purchase will be

Do you know if this will work with ?

I would not recommend Permobil seating system if it is a regular wheelchair design, rather than the chairman We recommend calling Permobil's Customer Service and providing your wheelchair serial number to them. They can match up a cup holder that attaches to the left or right side of your chair armrest. The Chairman seating system armrest has places where multiple cups can be placed. Adaptations should be made using slots. *br>The headquarters of Permobil in the US is in Lebanon, Tennessee. Please Google Permobil at Lebanon, TN for their main phone number, as they can match your chair's cup holders with the correct one, or might be able to suggest an aftermarket cup holder that will work with your chair and attach to its armrest. Good luck! I. *br.

I've never seen anything like this before! I had to have a total knee replacement for my husband
5/5

During the next few weeks, he would need to use a walker. of the things he needs to do to improve his quality of life is to drink his 20 ounces of water. He is drinking a morning latte out of an insulated coffee cup. Second on his list is his 30-ounce bottle of large beer. Every one of those days, he drinks water out of a stainless steel cup. The large cups that he prefers are big enough for this cup holder, which he found from reading reviews on a few of these products. It does, as you can see in the pictures! My husband has been commenting on how the cup holder is literally the best thing we had to prepare for his temporary incapacitation for a week now. The product is said to fit wheelchairs as well by many users. I would like to mention one thing A nice, tight fit is achieved with the clamp mounted on the walker. It had a rubber gasket inside that had to be removed in order to Although it doesn't come with a gasket, it fits extremely snugly and hasn't budged in the week he has used The item I am recommending is excellent!.

I got this for a good friend who uses a walker and it worked out well for him
4/5

There is enough room for his insulated mug with handle to sit in it since the product is heavy, stiff and large. In all seriousness, he must have a mug that holds about 44 ounces of product. It looks like an Igloo cooler with a handle. That's what I was saying, but the chair was large and that's why it was hard to find something that worked. He has been using this one so far and although it only has two orientations for attaching to a walker, it seems to be working. In addition to being sturdy, it is also Attaches securely to a wall. I would love it if it could be mounted at an adjustable angle.

The solution is simple, but it An item that is very simple and basic
4/5

That works best for people over the age of 50. In just a few seconds the glass will be The person who mounted it didn't get directions for doing so, as others have noted. Although the knob was hard to turn, it was not difficult to figure out. My first reaction was to be unsure of whether or not I was doing As I persisted, I managed to unscrew it, then I used WD40 to help it My mom uses it on her walker and it seems to work well. Our Contigo water bottles have an even bigger diameter than the larger cup in this picture. In theory, as long as the glasses are not too full, they will be fine. And if my mom does not fly over speed bumps, it should all work out.

This turned out to be a smaller space than I thought
5/5

It turned out to be quite large, which surprised me because I was afraid it wouldn't be big enough. These cups were large enough to hold 32oz cups, so I was surprised to find that there was In fact, I'm sure that the slots on the side would be able to handle coffee mugs quite well.

It is a good idea, but it does not get implemented
3/5

An easy way to carry a cup is to have one on your wheelchair, walker, or rollator. in this case, the implementation was not as successful as it could have been. It is difficult to fit the clip on wheelchairs, walkers, etc. The clip can be forced to fit by removing the inner rubber used to seat the seal of the cup holder, however, the holder will move, which defeats There is also the issue of how the holder is not designed to adapt to multiple mug and cup sizes that can fit in it. It would be good to make a few changes to this.

Both vertical and horizontal railings can be attached to it very easily
5/5

Due to a broken leg, I will be using a wheelchair for the next To attach to my wheelchair, I would like a beverage holder. There is nothing to worry about with this drink holder. Nothing at all. Both vertical and horizontal railings can be attached to it very easily. Contigo Water Bottle, 40 oz. , Auto Spout Ashland is very sturdy and fits perfectly with it. There's a chemistry between them that's like they were made for one another. The water bottle attachment is convenient for those who want their water bottle attached to their clothes.

It fits the cup well, but the clamps are poorly designed This is an easily broken thing
3/5

This is a good solution for insulated hospital mugs with handles and other wide bottles or mugs, but the clamp design is poor, and it only allows for perfectly vertical or perfectly horizontal installations. Another downside is the carriage bolt The angled handlebars on my rollator walker were too low for me, so I had to carefully lever the handlebells back up to my shoulders The clamp needs to be tightened while the male and female squares are unpaired. Due to this, I expect to see the plastic mounting shoulder snap off at some point, and it is not likely to be straightforward to repair.

Be sure it fits your chair or scooter by checking to make sure it fits
5/5

Though this is a great idea in theory, in practice it does not always work. As I was not careful, I did not look carefully at husband's wheelchair or scooter to see if they had the vertical round bars that were appropriate There is no such thing. were able to get the cup holder on the wheelchair, but the top portion of the cup holder must sit at an angle because of a panel on the side. While it still works, it holds the cup at an angle, so you cannot fill it up fully. He should be able to use it for his phone or water bottle.
