I am unable to help you as we got it and have In our case, we had a large commode because the person it was designed for was larger than usual. It has never been used and is still in my possession. I did not know whether Amazon would accept it as a There was no use for it since it was opened. Please accept this as my sincere apology. The following factors prevent me from using Previously, I tried it and had to take it off right away because it hurt,* I just realized that I can't return it because it has been 4 months since I purchased it* When you have a husband with stroke, you can't keep things around for long.
Good build, should perform well. As of yet, I have not used it however, I am confident that it is designed to work well.
