No, they don't, to the best of my recollection. Although they seem to lose a little bit of rubber after a long time of use, shake them up a bit after you've used them a lot to be sure you are getting the correct grip.
These tips have thermoplastic rubber in their tips, which contact the ground.
My height is 5'1", so the youth was too small for me. As a substitute, here is what I ordered The Crutcheze Sport Teal Crutch Pads Covers with Arm and Hand Cushions, Made in the USA, are made to be fashionable and durable for underarm crutches.

A hike in the mountains recently caused me to hurt my knee. Due to the fact that they arrived dirty, I am giving this product 4 instead of 5 stars. There were some spots of black and dirt on the grey rubber on one crutch. In addition, part of the aluminum on both crutches had been scuffed black. It appears that what I received were crutches returned from someone who didn't want their money and wanted their crutches back. They were simply wiped down with rubbing alcohol and I am keeping them. I would like to discuss the following with DMI In my opinion, customers will not be as lax on returned items as I am because they will not be as receptive to quality assurance.
Whenever I tried to lower the handles, the screws bent, making it almost impossible to do it. When they were received, they were scratched up. The deliveries were not made to my home either. Taking resale into account and brand new prices, it doesn't seem worth the price to me. If I were to resell, I believe I would not receive more than It is much less likely that adults will reach a height of 5'10" than 5'7". I would not recommend them if you weigh more than 150 pounds, as they will likely bend and may not last long. The ones below will work if you need them and don't care about perfection and want something light and short. The screws should be put back in using a rubber hammer.
I have had them for less than five months and they are falling apart. The height adjustment buttons are literally chewing away at Disability has left me with crutches for the last 15 years, but these have fared only This is a terrible and dangerous thing. I cannot afford to replace these every five months because of the limited budget. It is my intent to sue if these fail and I do not receive a refund.
Very easy to set up (I am 5'2") and instructions were clear. Good quality for the price. This is a product I strongly.
Once a bit of rubber is worn in, it can be uncomfortable. The items I purchased were all above and beyond what I expected given the price. These items cannot be loaned out. The rooms are mine. I won't let them go for a lower rate. There is no germs in this product as well as the same quality.
The expected outcome was achieved. There are some thin underarm pads, but they are not harmful and are of good quality for this price. Buying these would be a good idea, but I would also recommend ordering heavier (thicker) replacement pads.
Simple to measure to your height and lightweight. For the hand grips and under the arms, you will need to purchase extra cushions. If you intend to buy crutches at the same time, I recommend buying at that time. If you do not know how to use crutches, you can find some great videos on YouTube showing how to use them.
These crutches fit me nicely as I am fat and very heavy set. They are light and very sturdy. I feel safe using them and I like the comfort they provide.
