As such, when you buy a Jewelry cleaner from Amazon, which I did, you are encouraged to purchase this Stemostat too. It's natural that a jewelry cleaning machine with steam would indicate that it's not possible to handle However, they fail to tell you that the jewelry cleaners come with it and you don't have to buy it separately. Upon return, they claim it cannot be returned! The idea of telling your customers they don't need something, and having them buy it, is a rip-off and very deceptive. It's a shame you did that!.
With my Gemoro steam cleaner, I can easily clean my jewelry with this awesome tool. The rings that come with my steam cleaner don't hold my rings as securely as this Steamostat does, typically because they came with some hard to use tweezer type utensil. When I use the Steamostat, I don't ever feel as if I'm going to drop my rings. My rings (or other jewelry) hold securely due to the rubber tips, and I can hold them far enough from the steamer to avoid getting burned by it. Surely this is the same type of tool jewelers use with their steam cleaners to clean jewelry. I love this because it is easy and I don't have to worry about dropping my This is great, I wish I had discovered it earlier! A really great deal as well (and a great price!.
A rubber pad on the top of the jewelry holder keeps it from scratching the surface, and it holds the jewelry perfectly. In addition to being very safe, it can be locked into place. My precious jewelry would never be placed in the hands of anyone else. This is the best I've found at any price.

It is possible that both items were supposed to arrive, but the one I needed was delivered. There is no mention of the second item in the listing The only thing that is left is That is why I assumed that the error is mine because I did not clarify before ordering. Generally, I would give this a 4 star rating.
It makes it much easier to hold the jewelry when steaming them clean with this tool. It's a bit difficult to use the tweezers that come with the jewelry cleaner.
