It will because it is very adaptable:
It would be helpful if this information was included in the product description. I bought the No. 1 SuperSoftStrand. It measures 80 feet in length. This is a small spool of thread. It's also available in a large spool, though I'm not sure how long that one is. You might be able to see the length on the label if you enlarge the image enough. It's on the right side, in the center line, and it's a fantastic product.
The reel's label specifies a weight of 43 pounds. I can't vouch for this because we've only used it to hang about 25 pounds. The wire has a nice plastic coating, but it isn't as flexible as I had hoped.
not a good idea

It's the perfect thickness, the coating is fantastic, and installation is a breeze with just a pair of wire cutters. Note: Take a look behind any other professionally wired frame - Make several tight twists and then reverse them on top of each other. It won't slip and come undone this way.
I wasn't sure if the diameter, strength, or moldiness (is that a word?) of this wire would be appropriate, but I decided to take a chance based on the reviews. It is EXACTLY what I was looking for! (I'll see what I can do about posting a picture of a finished mask. ) The masks I've been making have a contoured/fitted design, a filter pocket, and a nose wire sleeve that allows the wire to be removed for laundering.
I was framing a number of paintings for a show and wanted to take my framing to the next level. I have plenty of spools of professional framing wire, but it isn't coated in any way. When the wire frays, it's a pain to get it caught in your fingers. This plastic coating is easy to work with and provides a professional appearance. br>br>One issue I ran into was that my professional electrician's scissors wouldn't cut this wire, so I had to purchase some special wire snips, which cut through it like butter. In comparison to the large rolls of regular stranded wire that I buy, it also appears to be a little pricey.
I had the misfortune of having my mirror crash to the floor after using some wire from a picture hanging kit I already had. Simply put, the wire had snapped in two. Thankfully, no one was hurt when the mirror shattered on the carpet. After realizing how fortunate I was to have a large object fall off a wall, I resolved to do things differently on my second attempt. To ensure I wouldn't have an accident in the future, I weighed my mirror (20 lbs) and purchased this Super SoftStrand (No. 5) hanging wire, which is rated to hold up to 43 lbs of weight. On the front of the (80 ft. ) wire tie off instructions are four images. ) spool. I still needed some assistance, so I went to their website, where I learned that wrapping the wire eight times in tight circles (see image 4) is recommended. I'm very pleased with my purchase, and I definitely feel safer now that I have a mirror on the wall. Wire snips made wrapping and cutting the plastic coated wire a breeze. Plus, because the spool is only four inches wide, I can easily store it for my next picture hanging project.
Perhaps it isn't gentle enough. I grew up with this ridiculously tough cord, and bending it the wrong way results in a swarm of needles piercing your fingertips, which you'll feel for the next two years. This, on the other hand. This is incredible. The metal, which is protected by a tough plastic layer, is more than adequate. Everything in my 30s house (thisold30shouse. com) is hung from the picture molding. WordPress is a platform for publishing content on the internet. com, I'll be writing a post about how to hang mirrors, large paintings, calligraphy, and other items from picture molding) This material is strong enough to hold anything and is a joy to work with. It's the same procedure for tying off your eye loops, except I wrap it around itself eight times instead of four. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this product.
I needed some picture wire for home use, and this is the public customer sale packaging for the wire I use in my favorite custom frame shop. It's incredibly simple to work with, cuts easily with snips, and wraps snugly around itself without causing fingertip stabs from loose wires. The coating is excellent and lasts for a long time with no problems.
There are no pricked fingers, and it's much easier to respool when you're finished. Because it does stretch a little, pre-stretch the wire before adjusting it because it will most likely stretch a little more. Adjustments should not be difficult because the wire is so easy to work with.
This is something I bought two years ago and used on a few of my paintings. I got the rest out today to use again (it had been stored inside my house) and it was covered in an oily coating. It appears as if the plastic coating has begun to leak oil. I'm not going to use the rest of the package and I'm not going to buy anything else.
