Removers and replacement units for Wax Guard are shown here. The old Guard is threaded out on one end, and the new Guard is simply pushed in to fit on the other.
That is correct. All of Starkey's aids have the same filter. They're still yellow sticks, but this time they're packaged in a blue case.
works in the same way that the more expensive ones from your doctor's office do.
I can't say for certain.

So, there you have it. However, I require these for my hearing aid, and they perform admirably. They used to be the filters that were attached to an orange stem, with the new filter on one end and the old filter removal end on the other. On a yellow stem, the new bunch I ordered arrived. As a result, I've noticed that the yellow stem does not easily remove and grab the old filter, as the orange stem did. Please return to the other stem, as I'm attempting to remove the filter with my hand because I don't want to use a sharp object. The filters are great, and I'll keep buying them, but the applicator stem removal end is a pain to deal with.
They can easily remove the old wax guards and replace them with the new ones.
I get a few minutes' notice when the batteries in my hearing aids run out. The hearing aids simply stop working when the wax guards become full. Replacing both at the same time is a good idea, in my opinion.
To begin, insert the open-ended stick into the white filter's slot. Simply plug it in, pull the stick out, and the old filter will come out with it. Then simply turn the stick around, plug in the new filter, and pull the stick out! It's that simple!.
free. These are the same ones we were given at the hearing aid store, but their price list blew me away! They're a lot less expensive, and there are a lot of them, which is fine because they won't spoil, so having extras isn't a problem.
This is a great fit for Starkey hearing aids. In fact, I found that these worked a little better than the free hearing aids I was getting from the store where I bought them. They were more effective at removing the old wax tip, and they made inserting the new one a breeze.
as opposed to purchasing them from a hearing aid store- It's like half-price, and it's a great deal for the money!.
I've been using these for about two years and have had great success with them.
