Is it true that these are manufactured in the United States of America?

I'm not sure what I'm saying. If you have small ears, however, I do not recommend buying this. Even keeping this thing in my ear is a huge challenge for me. I can only use it to watch television with it. It's a complete waste of time. I wish they could make them as small as hearing aids. Also, if you turn it up past one, it just makes a lot of noise.

Is there anyone who knows when to use each of the four modes? What's best for phone calls, TV, at home, or in public places, for example?

I use 3 beeps for tv, so 1 throw 4 removes background noise.

Is it possible to replace the batteries after they have been used for 100 hours?

After changing the battery, it can last up to 100 hours. The device has a five-year lifespan.
