The product I received is not what is shown in the picture. The set of click domes that I received was made by Connexxx, The domes fit on my hearing aids, but there is an open hole in the center where the speaker is, which is different from the ones on my Siemens hearing aids. A lot of ear wax gets into the speakers, so I'm concerned.

Certainly a good product

I have not had a problem keeping my aids in place since I had them installed. It is a little stiffer, but they aren't overly stiff, and the ears get used to them easily.
