In light of our earlier thought, we decided to try the larger, double sized cylinder since the smaller size seemed to have been causing the problem. It seems to be working! It seems that the double 10/12 mm domes are keeping better in his ear, and he says that they seal in and make the hearing aid even more effective. My only complaint is that the advertised domes are Siemens, but they are not Siemens did not imply any affiliation with the accessories he received, which were called 'Connexx Accessories'. The fact that they seem to be compatible is important to me, but I don't approve of the false advertisement, and I do not believe you received the product. After my father opened the package, he called me and said the item seemed to be something else other than what we ordered.

In my attempt to determine if my mom's hearing aids from the membership warehouse store (the expensive one) would work with them, I did some research before I ordered them. This is not the case. My research and measurement led me to these conclusions. The original version has been abandoned). The domes are almost the same, so I hesitated to take a chance.
