Although two people are required for it to work properly, it is definitely more efficient and effective than shampoo caps, which are useless for longer cuts, and is a real lifesaver when it comes to shampooing! Because the hose wouldn't stay pointed down, we had to rig it so it would drain into the toilet! There was just one tricky part getting it to drain toward the hose. The reviews are real, so please believe them. have tried heating the tube with a blow dryer, running hot water through it, leaving it out in the sun, and soaking it in hot water. None of these were successful. After trying everything I know how to do to fix the tube it remained As a result of - Medical Industries needs to rethink how thick the drainage tube should be.
