Although others are being sold without them, you might want to pick up this one! The fact is that it matters, even if you think it doesn't. You can support your neck a bit on the top of the basin, but without that little pillow to hold your head up, there is nothing to hold you up. When you lie down and try to soak for an extended period without support to hold up your head, your neck will hurt by the end of it. The plastic baby tube never allowed me to make it the full 30 minutes or longer. So you will definitely want to get this one with that amazing pillow!.
