On the website (2nd picture), there is a size chart that shows arm measurements for S-sizes. and L. In each of those three areas, you'll need to measure the circumference of your arm.
It's a light cream color, not a dark brown. If you wear long sleeves, it won't be noticeable.
We took measurements the first time we ordered so we could get the right size.

This lymphedema sleeve is one of the most comfortable you'll find. I've tried a lot of them, but this one is the most comfortable. It stays in place, feels like silk against my arm, and fits well.
This is the first time I've had a sleeve that wasn't made specifically for me. made. The material is a little thinner than usual. However, there is no difference in compression. I am blown away.
I said it was a bit big, but it's the length that's the problem. Because my arms are short, I have to constantly turn them up at the wrist or pull them up to the top of my arm, which is inconvenient.
