My wife claims that this is precisely what she requires to replace her old, worn-out one. It's exactly what it says on the box. Her uninvited advice br>br> <> <> Get it a little on the small/tight side (as she did), and it will stretch out to fit properly over time.
I do, however, require a sleeve that is shorter. To get it to fit properly at the top, I wound up turning the sleeve up at my wrist.
My therapist took my measurements to make sure I ordered the correct size, and there was no swelling in my arm after a 2-hour treatment. Flight time is about half an hour.
It was nicer than the professionally sized one I paid $70 for and then lost. It's only to be worn when flying. I'm extremely happy.

Local medical supply stores charged me twice as much for these arm sleeves. I decided to look on the internet for the same item and ended up saving a lot of money.
