This is less expensive than the "customized" sleeve I purchased from a lymphedema store. br>It was very comfortable and helped me control my arm lymphedema. I reordered three more pcs after trying out the first one, but they have yet to arrive in the mail.

I ordered a left arm item twice and received an item that said left arm but was made for the right arm both times. Due to an incorrect item, I had to return and buy something else at the last minute in preparation for surgery.

I tried on two different sizes (L and XL) and neither of them fit. My thumb became numb after 15 minutes of wearing the larger one. Putting it on is also difficult. Product that has been returned.

The strap cannot be connected in a simple manner. I attempted to use Velcro and tape, but they were ineffective. The strap is fraying and will need to be replaced. This isn't a good investment.
