It's a lot less irritating than most spermicides

I really like how simple it is to use! Because I dislike being on birth control because of the mood swings and physical changes it causes, as well as the cancer risks, this was an excellent alternative to the withdrawal method. I've tried other spermicides that were messy and irritated both my partner and me, but I didn't have that problem with this one.

There was no need to use it. I did some research on this product and decided it was not worth the risk of YI or any discomfort, so I threw them away because they could not be returned.

It's not true that I'm expecting a child. I've been using these for years because I can't stand other types of spermicide. They're great and feel so much better than the messy kind.

I really like this birth control option! I've never been able to conceive while using them. I just wish they were a little smaller, or that they came with something to help you get them up there. br>I wouldn't recommend these to younger women or women who are very sexually active, because you have to use a new strip every time you have intercourse.
