Questions & Answers

If you select one quantity, will there be 3 tests in the box? Is it necessary to select "3" in order to receive ?

You just have to select 1 in order to get 3 tests, because there are 3 tests in one box.

Is it safe to dip it in urine instead of water?

There are dipping directions on the package. You can dip it in urine to see if it works better.

Why is urinal use the first thing you do in the morning important?

During very early pregnancy, concentrated urine (FMU---- It is likely that First Morning Urine) is your best result, since the hCG hormone may not have built up convincingly

Do you think I can use this during my period?

My situation was the same but I found out that it could be a chemical pregnancy, meaning the sperm and egg formed a union before the pregnancy hormones began to rise before the sperm and egg implantation.

The sensitivity of the FREER The HCG concentration was tested with precision
4/5

In response to questions about how well this FRER reflects the actual HCG concentrations among those who are like me, I have decided to post some data about this sensitivity. After my IVF cycle, I had some leftovers of human recombinant HCG (Novarel), so I made serial dilutions of it. Using lab pipettes, the dilutions were made fairly precisely, and in the appropriate buffer (sorry for the details, that was my husband's urine) to reproduce the amount of HCG in the urine for the test, below are the results (see attached photos). A test at 5 mU/ml is very sensitive, and is well below the claim of the brand (sensitivity of 6 mU/ml), and is within the threshold's range There is very little light. In effect, I would consider it positive, because just husband's urine leaves a line but nothing else (I don't have a photo since I did this some time ago with a previously unsuccessful transfer, when I had a You would have about 10 mU in your first morning urine if you urinate 5 times per ml. Considering that blood levels of 5-mU/ml are comparable, this is a similar concentration as Your period usually lands 4 days before the scheduled start date. in the evaluation of my results for 8 days post transfer of 6-mU/ml compared with the results for 5 mU/ml Two days later I had blood beta at 10dpt, and that led to a blastocyst (both pictures). An HCG level of 38 is abnormal. In the sample, we see a clear positive result at 20 mU/ml. HCG levels are typically about 40-45 on the first day after missing a period, so this level will be about the same on the first day An amount of beta-carotene equivalent to 60 mU/ml The level of HCG in the It is only at 100 mU/ml that we see the second line in the same brightness as the control line, so I would say that the FRER test has reached saturation at this level. Furthermore, I find out that LH tests can be used for the early results instead of HCG tests (used for ovulation detection). In fact, LH tests are even more sensitive than FRER (the dark brown color of the test line for 5 mU/ml sample in the image below). Although I was unable to find any information about which subunit of LH these tests detect, my understanding is that the tests detect beta-LH The beta-subunit of LH is similar in structure to that of the LH This subunit of HCG modulates breast growth. The beta version Despite this, HCG has about 30 additional amino acids, which is why home pregnancy tests using the beta-amino acid don't pick up the pregnancy Tests for HCG only can detect ovulation, while tests for HCG and OVP can detect them It appears that after ovulation and during pregnancy the LH levels drop, so you could easily use your leftover LH test to monitor HCG levels, to see, for example, how it doubles. The FRER line may become less visible with time. If you are expected to be below or around the threshold of this test (like post IVF transfer or so), and the test line still does not appear, I suggest letting it sit for another 24 hours. For those users who claim they received "false" positive results during the FRER process. If you do not have HCG in your system, the test will be clearly negative - as I found out from my husband's urine experiments. It's the same with a test, only you should see a faint positive result that recently disappeared with another test, or that comes along with your period, so that indicates a My first failed IVF cycle was caused by a chemical, so I fully understand what it might be like for you. However, this is a disadvantage of using very sensitive tests, so just be prepared with what you need to do. The results of my experiment are as follows In addition to the high sensitivity of the DEGREE test, it also displays faint positive results even below the claimed threshold however, good positive results are only seen at about 20 mU/ml, which is your first day of missing your There is an idiotic curve in the handle of these tests, which makes them unusable. This is an unnecessary design that makes it difficult to lay flat, and takes up more space in the drawer if you want to keep the used test for reference in the future.

I bought a deficient lot
3/5

The two box sets I ordered were The total number of tests was six. The following are all from Lot DC72012 with Expiration Date 2019-02-03 Six out of the six tests (3 per box) were in error. When I bought the same tests (different lot) from a pharmacy, they were fine. So this seller's offer of no returns turned out to be a complete waste of money.

A NEGATIVE IS A FALSE NEGATIVE! A full week has gone by since I took all three tests! 2 days before missed period, 1 day after missed period, and 4 days after missed period, I got a false negative! The doctor confirmed that I was pregnant based on my symptoms
3/5

I even called my doctor and felt like a chump because the nurse told me that all pre-natal tests measure the same thing, so I no longer had to worry. enough, I went and bought a digital pregnancy test, and I found out that It's too bad you relied on them.

TTC will benefit from these clarifications, as they will help those who are still unclear
5/5

There is a lot of super-sensitive stuff going on with these As I read the reviews, I noted that some common questions are not answered. * * **Br/*- What is the reason that the first line of the picture is darker than the second line? * Congrats on being HCG is high enough to pick dye off the control line at this point, which means you are unlikely to be carrying a chemical pregnancy at this point. I am* *br* Could you please tell me why I had a line then it disappeared? It is most likely that you saw an indent or had a chemical reaction. Chemopregnancy is the term used to describe miscarriages occurring before five weeks of pregnancy. Genes are usually responsible for them, and there is nothing that can be done about them. An indent is a line that looks like a grey line. I am* *br* What is the sensitivity of these products? In the past I have tested as early as 6DPO and received a positive. My beta at 10DPO was 29 and my line was fairly dark at that point in time. There are a few cons of these, though they are generally expensive. It is also easier to detect an early miscarriage with these, though that can be emotionally taxing.

Spending money you don't have is a waste
3/5

The reviews would have been very useful to me if I had read them first. The results from all three of these tests were as negative as possible at the beginning of the week. After missing a day of testing because I felt pregnant, I bought a clear blue from the grocery store (since I used the 3 I had received in the mail), now in truth this could just have been a random event, but There's nothing to be ashamed of and so much stress You ladies don't have to torture yourselves! Go to Walmart! Apparently it has something to do with the brand or just the ones I bought on Amazon. This is a terrible waste of time.

Take your money and use it wisely
3/5

I highly discourage you from spending your money on this product. In addition to the three pregnancy tests returning negative results, I also used a second pregnancy test the same day and it came back positive. My doctor also confirmed the positive results with.

All of the items in the box were defective
3/5

A defective box of these tests was in the mail today. The first one I tested was taking a long time for the liquid to move through the result window, so I knew there was a problem. It then showed me only a control line (when I know I am pregnant and have been getting positives for 5 mornings prior) and the line was located in the incorrect rattled inside. I went back to the same box and pulled out another test. As a result, the liquid never appeared in the result window and the control line did not appear either. Although the box is not expired, it is clearly defective. This is a big disappointment since these tests are not.

Please be alert! There has been a change to the item in this seller's store
3/5

Please be alert! Originally called First Response Pregnancy Pro, this item is now listed as First Response Pregnancy Pro! We received an item that differed from what we expected. While the listing clearly shows the original double line tests (without digital readout on a computer screen) I received the digital version of this product. Secondly, this is the second time it has been delivered this way (bought last week from this seller as well)! First, I used the test that didn't even display the result, which is why I wanted the second test There is a digital version of the book.
