For the first month I hadn't tested or read the strips myself so I just guessed when I should ovulate and started testing and reading them myself as they are easy to read, but I hadn't gotten pregnant. As soon as I began my period that month, I started testing and downloaded the app that came with the kit and it reads the strips for me and provides details on when I peaked. when I used the app everyday and tested it every day for the first month, I became pregnant.
