Two AA batteries are required.

What type of mouthpiece is used in this?

Two clear mouthpiece covers are included with the product and can be used if desired. I can't seem to find any information about the covers' dimensions or specifications. You can use the unit without the covers if you prefer. The mouthpiece folds into the unit when it is not in use.

I've known far too many people who have been charged with DUIs, and I don't intend to join their ranks any time soon. After a night out with friends, this is the best thing to have in your car. Use the breathalyzer to get some assurance if you think you might be able to drive. I've discovered that the tolerance is around /-. So, if I blow a 0, it'll be a 1. I'm not going to risk it. Ubers are, to be honest, dirt cheap. A $20 flight home is preferable to $10,000 in legal fees. For a DUI, there are fines to pay. br>br>With a new set of batteries, it works best. You'll get a false "Sn" code if they're close to death. readings that aren't nearly as accurate as they should be. br>br>I've had it for nearly six months. It continues to function flawlessly. Several of my friends have also purchased the same model. It is extremely popular among them. BUY THIS!.

We put it to the test last night with a cop friend against one of theirs, and it worked perfectly. All you have to do now is read the instructions and follow them. You can still use one of the disposal mouthpieces if you forget to bring it with you. It will be kept in my purse for nights out so that we do not make any poor choices. The power button is sensitive, so if it bumps into something, it turns off to test; I'll have to keep the batteries in my purse, but overall, it's well worth the money.

Those others are not accurate in any way, which is terrible if anyone relies on this for anything else

We compared it to three other breathalyzers, two of which were more expensive, and this one proved to be the most accurate. br>A few of the others were visible. 02 - After three shots, the score is 04. This one came out looking great. 08 or higher is required. Those others aren't even close to being accurate, which is terrible if anyone is counting on this for anything other than a general 'gauge' or a fun party game.

I purchased it, unpacked it, and it continued to give

I bought it, unpacked it, and it kept telling me that there was a sensor error. I was finally able to use it after resetting it and letting it sit for about 15 minutes. However, I've had the same problem with it giving me a sensor error on several occasions. This is something I wouldn't buy again.

00 when I haven't had any alcohol and. 02- After a beer or a shot, it's time for number three. It requires two AA batteries, which is not stated anywhere in the product description! Aside from that, it's a great little device at a great price.

We only do one of these because of the reviews and directions. Two tests are performed every few minutes, and the results are consistent, and the battery is still operational. You must also wait 20 minutes after eating or drinking before taking the test.
