When these orthotic shoe inserts arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they had already been fitted. I had expected custom orthotics, but they were shaped like others I had bought a decade ago. In fact, I was initially disappointed by this, but my disappointment lasted less than 24 hours. br>br>For several months, I had been experiencing increasing pain in my right Achillies tendon and, later, my heel. For the past month, I've been walking and standing with a cane to take some of the weight off my right foot and relieve the pain. Even so, when I moved, I would experience stabbing pains that I had to rate at a ten on a scale of one to ten (equivalent to burning flesh). To cut a long story short, the morning after the first day of wearing these orthotics, I woke up with no pain in my right foot when I put weight on it and only minor discomfort for the rest of the day. They've been working since then, and they're still going strong. I'm wearing them as "house shoes. " " I'll probably go out and get some more pairs for my other shoes soon. " br>br>I saw an orthopedist doctor a week before ordering these orthotics, and he recommended that I see a podiatrist doctor, which I did earlier that day. This purchase is in line with her suggestions, and I made it after realizing that my custom orthotics were not providing enough relief. br>br>I'm giving this product five stars because it's the only option - If I could, I'd give it a ten!.

recommended it, so I ordered a second set from Amazon. These appear to be expensive at first glance, but once you put your foot in them, you'll see that they're well worth the money. The first set was prescribed by my doctor for an Achilles tendon injury, but I found a second set on Amazon for nearly half the price and the exact same product, and the center support of your foot is incredible.

My physical therapist recommends this orthotic. He does make a few changes to suit my needs. It's very relaxing.

It's simple to trim to fit into shoes. No more foot pain at the end of the day thanks to this shoe.

A friend had suggested this to me. It seemed worthwhile because I spend so much time standing in dress shoes. I was sorely disappointed with myself. The arch support is completely incorrect. It was as if I were walking around on tennis balls. What a colossal squandering of resources.
