My backpack was the perfect size, very adjustable, incredibly comfortable, and not too It's a gym, so you might be able to work out there. If I were going to workout, I would probably choose an elastic style.

A brace I needed to lay on top of the thigh at the top of the hamstring was impossible to fit in place without sliding down - I could not find ways to stay in place with it - The mere act of walking is enough. In view of the fact that it's a difficult situation. There seemed to be little resistance on the lower part of the thigh, closer to the knee when I tried it.
