Questions & Answers

In a size S, how long are the stockings?

When my daughter wears size small stockings, the top edge of the stocking measures 26. The ground is 5 inches away. She claims she could raise them a little higher if necessary, but she prefers them on her thigh at this height. They are significantly shorter when not in use.

What should I do if my measurements don't all fit into one size?

Check out different brands if your measurements aren't all the same size. The shape of every brand is different.

What if I ordered the wrong size? Will you re-order it for me?

I'm not sure, but you might be able to.

What is the procedure for returning stockings that I am unable to wear? Where can I get a mailing envelope if I don't have one?

They also aren't going to refund your money.

HALF THE QUALITY FOR HALF THE PRICE
3/5

Because the price of this product has recently skyrocketed, I decided to try a different brand. So I got half the quality for half the price of the other. As a nurse who wears these as a preventative measure for blood clots, I can immediately tell the difference when I put them on. The fabric is durable in general, but it costs half as much as the leading brands. I give them credit for the silicon beads, but the fabric is thinner and, in comparison, a little coarse. I bit the bullet and bought the other product, which will be thrown away rather than washed. Even after 6 months of using other products, I noticed a significant reduction in felt pressure the moment I put them on. 1 point for effort and 1 point for the silicon beads. For squandering my money and time, I give you three stars.

My left leg has DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) as a result of an accident many years ago. I wore thigh-high socks for a long time after the accident. a high a Stockings and compression. After that, I went to knee-high boots. high, 15- Socks with a diameter of 20 mm. My doctor recently advised me to wear thigh-high stockings again. So I got Jomi's stockings in a small size. br>br>These stockings are of high quality, are comfortable to wear, and are relatively simple to put on. They fit perfectly around my ankle and knee, but they're far too short (they're supposed to be 20 inches long). The box specifies a diameter of 30 mm. They do, however, have the same effect on me as 15-year-olds. I frequently wear socks with a diameter of 20 millimeters. If you're looking for high-pressure compression garments, be aware of this. br>br>In terms of stocking length, Jomi's specifications are a bit cryptic. The only time the length is mentioned is on the box, where it states: br> "The length of pantyhose and thigh highs must be at least 30 inches. " "br>I measured the actual length of the stocking and it was only 20. " So the stocking is about 5" inches above my knee when I put it on. And I'm not a particularly tall man. 5'4" is my height. I took a steady walk to test the stocking's durability. The stocking gradually descends, eventually slipping below the knee after approximately 3500 steps. The silicon beads at the top of the stocking are pleasant to wear and do their job, but the compression pressure is insufficient to keep the stocking in place. br>br>These stockings are only marginally useful when worn during periods of inactivity or low activity. They would have been far more useful if their length had been as stated by the manufacturer. br>br>Update November 12, 2019br>br>I've changed my mind since my February 2019 review, which was largely negative. It was partially the fault of the manufacturer/seller because it was bugging me for a review, so I wrote what I thought at the time. I used to wear thigh high stockings many years ago, but not recently. For a long time, I only wore knee-high socks. When I first tried them on, they didn't feel right. After some time, I discovered that the stockings were actually quite useful. Since then, I've ordered two more pairs, giving me a total of six pairs because I wear Jomi on my left leg and a cheap plain black sock on my right.

This is a fantastic pair of compression socks! I have to wear thigh-length compression socks because I have vascular issues in my legs
5/5

These socks are very comfortable to wear all day and are well-fitting. I'm blown away by how well they fit around my knees. There should be no bunching or pinching of the knees. The compression is just right, neither too tight nor too loose. Once on, these socks don't move around. Overall, these are excellent socks for a reasonable price.

Amazing support; these stockings are doing exactly what they're supposed to be doing in every way
5/5

When I wear them, they make my legs feel good and energized. They're still in good condition. After a few months of wearing them, I can say that they wash well with my delicates in a bag and still look and feel new. My legs no longer resemble tree trunks, but they do resemble legs.

THIS IS NOT WORTH THE TIME OR THE EXERCISE! It is impossible to wear it

This Jomi product is the subject of this review. Their other stockings are MUCH BETTER, and I've bought a few and am very pleased with the quality. It's important to remember this - This isn't a bad low-quality manufacturer in general, but there's something wrong with this one in particular. br>br>To be honest, I'm not sure how the FDA could possibly approve this. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn people about the dangers of wearing extremely tight compression stockings, which are made in a way that puts people's lives in jeopardy. br>As a former Vascular Ultrasound technician with extensive experience working in the Vascular Surgery Department, I KNOW what patients with venous insufficiency go through and how their feet look in the advanced stages. Most of those people are completely incapable of even attempting to put these on. Here's how it went down: br> br>I purchased three pairs in medium and large sizes for myself, my mother, and grandmother (I sit a lot, and my mother does as well), and guess what? br> Although I have a very skinny bony foot and a small ankle circumference, my calves swell up significantly by the end of the day, even though I wear knee high compression stockings all the time (I am 5'6", 130 lbs and quite lean), so according to my physical parameters it should have been relatively easy for me to put these stockings on without the extraordinary effort and acrobatics compared to the pair in large size. br> It turned out that I had a lot of trouble doing this even when I tried size L, which is clearly not my size based on the chart. Even when I tried the open toe version that I planned to give to my 80-year-old grandmother, I was exhausted and sweaty by the end. My grandmother, on the other hand, is doomed. br>I'd like to point out that I've previously worn thigh high compression stockings in the same compression category made by Sigvaris (Select Comfort) and Jobst, and I'm aware that they shouldn't be THIS TIGHT. They felt completely normal, and there was no fuss about putting them on, but they are quite expensive. br>As a result, it is not a matter of the higher compression grade, but rather a design flaw with poor quality control on the manufacturer's part. br>The thigh band was also far too tight, despite the fact that I am not overweight, which made me wonder how my pre-diabetic mother would feel wearing it. br>br>In the meantime, as I previously stated, the Jomi 15-inch thigh high is a great option. SHEER 15-mmHg compression stockings with an open toe and knee highs SHEER 15-mmHg compression stockings with an open toe and knee highs SHEER 15-mmHg compression stockings with an open toe 20mmHg are excellent and much more comfortable. Actually, they are very well-fitting and comfortable. br>br>The issue appears to be limited to the high 20s of the thigh. Because there are now 30 mmHg stockings available, I strongly advise you to avoid this Jomi product. br>br>They like to include a card with compression stockings that says "It's worth the effort" and includes basic instructions for putting on compression stockings, knowing that it is difficult and may discourage customers. br>br>Let me tell you, IT IS NOT WORTH THE EXERCISE IN THIS SITUATION.

a pleasant experience Although I prefer knee-high compression socks, my doctor advised that thigh-high compression socks be used on occasion
