With this product I was able to get relief from the pain associated with walking caused by my IT band. It would be beneficial to anyone with the same issue to try this brace.
It is the perfect bandage for the band pain.
Purchasing this IT band marks my first experience with them. As you exercise, you can wear it comfortably and it won't slip. This product works great for alleviating discomfort associated with IT bands.
My leg was kept straight when riding my stationary bike using it as a handle.
My IT band pain has been reduced by this product.
You can count on me to buy more of them in the future.
Basically, it's a belt that has velcro on one side that the tines attach to. However, the head of the grabbing device is narrower than the velcro on the other. In a slight arrow shape, the pointed end catches the velcro nicely, but the larger part of the head is wider than the Velcro, leaving a full row of tines on either side that do not catch on the Velcro, but press against my skin instead. You won't be able to wear the belt if you don't place some felt under it, otherwise you'll get red welts on your leg where the tines.
It is poorly constructed and uncomfortable. The velcro tabs scratch no matter where I place it on my leg because of how poorly made it is. I am a big girl and it is way too big for me. In addition to this, it is entirely too large to be considered one size fits all. It is difficult to get it tight because, once again, the design is poor.
