This is a great choice if you have a sore ITB or if you'd rather not wear tights or a full compression sleeve. As such, it will not extend beyond the patella, but is designed mostly to support the area above the kneecap, where most commonly there will be a knot from The symptoms of ITB syndrome are usually associated with tension in the quads and hip area, so you should be stretching, massaging, strengthening and performing mobility exercises to address the problem.
I am thankful for using your product because I am satisfied with it.
It keeps me comfortable during runs and bike rides while also decreasing knee pain from a tight IT band. Not a total fix, but works well as a little extra support in the knees. Be careful of the inside threads that catch amidst running and biking.
Although it works better than past IT band straps I've tried, it still needs some tweaking.
I liked it even though it was a lot smaller than it said.
If you have knee problems, this is a great product to use.
