It is of great quality too! Extra large for me since I am 36" waisted! Make sure your shorts are up high on the waist or else they are likely to slide down as you bend We are still trying out the strap support and the jury is out at this point! I needed support for a torn piriformis muscle and I have not experienced any discomfort while working in yard or bending over!.

Alternative to hip surgery before the need for it

Now that I have two pairs of these shorts, I am pleased to share with you. They are also excellent for stabilizing the hips, especially if you suffer from hip trouble. You can exercise and walk with ease once your hip flexors are stabilized. The procedure does not require you to have surgery right away, so you can continue walking and moving.

Your butt should slip down

Despite trying on multiple sizes they all slip down your butt, which is very frustrating. I wanted them to work, and would have happily paid $100+ for them, but they were too small, despite trying on multiple sizes. In terms of the actual shorts themselves, they are good, but they slip down my behind after a couple of minutes. I guess that's it. I don't like it.

I looked at the size chart for these compression shorts, but the chart was way too small

There's no room for them on the size chart! I bought a size large for my son who has a 36 waist. It was clearly a problem of size. Definitely aware they need to be tight, but they would not pass him at the back. The size chart on them is way off but these look like nice compression shorts!.
