Approximately 3 months worth of use. For the price, this product is definitely not worth it. The stitching is starting to damage and the fabric is already worn out. In an update review, I reached out to their customer support and was offered a refund or a replacement (free shipping). This is something I'm open to giving another chance, in case the previous one was simply poor quality control. My replacement will arrive as soon as I get it.

The knee sleeves I am wearing are my first pair. Despite the fact that the size chart recommended the XL (my knees measure 15 3/4 inches around the patella), I ordered the large. According to several reviews, I should go down a size. It's a little tight for air squats, but I can manage to walk around and do air squats without a problem. After a few uses, they fit nicely and don't slip around. My favorite thing about these sleeves is their good quality. As a result, I feel that I can handle more load when springing out of the bottom of a squat. The insides of the body will be wet with sweat after a workout. It states on the inside of the sleeves that they should be hand washed With boxing gloves, I wipe down the insides of the gloves with a disinfectant wipe after they are used and this keeps them fresh and clean.

The first thing to do is make sure you order the correct size. (I ordered the small without measuring, my fault for not measuring) but I couldn't even get it above I had to pay $7 to ship it back after exchanging it for a medium (I have Prime). It is difficult to get in and out of the medium. As of now, I am 14 inches tall. It's a little short by about 5 inches, and that's the end of the medium size. I opted not to size up to large since reviews say it stretches out over time. On my first use, I made it no more than a few inches past my knee. Once it has been worn a few times, I hope to be able to pull it up It felt incredible to have the support. With an improved knee, I was able to push a little harder not only on lifts but also on burpees or any other exercise that involves the knee being strained. It gives me a little bit of extra thickness, so I ordered the 7mm.

The first thing you will notice is that they are great straight out of the box. Fit and staying in place are excellent. You don't feel like you're lifting with a bunch of gear with these they're just the right level of support. They are starting to show signs of breakdown. There are seams on the upper half of the sections that are separating. Although they cost what they do, I did not get a very good pair of pants. My measurement around the knee was 14", but I purchased a large because my quads were large. Only on my heavy squat days, which is every 5 days, do I wear them. Originally purchased in August of 1999, but began to show signs of separation by March of 2000. Rock Tape has not replied to my email on the 6th (June) and I am waiting for a response. The update is for the 17th of July I have yet to receive any response regarding my I have knocked one star off of my rating.

My favourite aspect of the Old Glory design is its simplicity. My knee measures 43 cm and other reviews spoke about the tightness of their sleeves, so I ordered size XL eventhough my knee measures 43 cm. They are very well suited, I am happy to say. The pants are easy to put on and take off, do not sag, and are not tourniquet-like, but decent I like the support. I add that I not only have 7mm STOIC knee sleeves, but I also don't do snatches or deep squats, so I will not comment on how these work. In addition to using them for power cleaning, I also use them for pressing and cleaning It can be necessary to perform deadlifts at times - I do all of the exercises I do those days on top of that. Before I do my workout, I put them on and continue wearing them until I am finished. My favorite part about these sleeves is that they are so comfortable!.

For comparison, here are the current body stats My height and weight is 5'10" and 200 lbs, so I am not sure if this is built for people who skip leg day. I bought it according to the measurement around the paella (15" even), which corresponds to I already have 3mm and 5mm knee sleeves in size L, so I assumed this would be consistent sizing as well. In the side views, you can clearly see how the fabric puts tremendous stress on your quads and hamstrings as you achieve a 90-degree squat or deeper, and how much fabric It probably gave me a slightly better level of compression on my knees than my 5mm sleeves, but the discomfort made it too much of a tradeoff. Also, I'm afraid any marginal compression gains would be lost if you sized up for thigh comfort.

I appreciate the attempt at knee articulation, but I found it very uncomfortable regardless of my sizing or biomechanics.

When I first heard about knee sleeves I thought they were only used by nurses and nursing students, but after talking to some athletes that swear by them I decided to give them a try. My mistake should have been to use these years ago. Having had knee issues (ACL) and undergoing knee reconstruction, I find the compression adds a lot more confidence to my workouts. This tapered compression design keeps the joint warm and helps promote circulation during high intensity workouts. I would highly recommend this product!.

This is so cute! I love it! Normally, knee sleeves will hurt and either give too much support (meaning I can't move my knee) or too little support, making me uncomfortable. These knee sleeves are the equal of both. The knees in my left leg dislocate frequently.
