Since 2005, I have been mainly using my body weight for exercise, however, I have recently started adding weights back into my routine. I perform pistol squats regularly while holding kettle bells to add some body When I was in high school, I injured my left knee. Lately, I have been experiencing pain in that knee whenever I perform weighted pistols. According to the price and the reviews, I decided on these support straps after doing some research. Received them quickly, and I appreciate the quality of the product. In both knees I had no pain after my leg workout as I adjusted and applied them as I usually do. As far as durability, I have not experienced any issues so far. I will check back in the future to see if there have been any issues. I- [1- August - I've noticed that it helps make my knees feel better after leg workouts (although I still suffer from some knee pain that I expect caused by a past injury and my age). Even though I haven't used this product myself, I still recommend it. In November From February to I. F. R. [16- April to May I still have the wraps in good condition. It's a no-brainer I used wraps on my knees for the first time. I was able to hit a 405 x 4 at 165 bw on my first rep and felt like it was a 455 without much effort. It felt great to bend my knees. Support that's second to none.

For the most part, I lift pretty heavy, but I noticed that I was getting mild to moderate knee pain when I was doing my leg press. As I read reviews and saw other people using these wraps at the gym, I decided to get them after I wasn't experiencing any knee pain last time I went to the gym. It is a very solid product and would definitely recommend it to anyone who lifts a lot of weight.

I'm a bodybuilder and I know for a fact. This knee wrap is a must-have for any leg day. As there are many knee sleeves out there, I find that this knee sleeve is much better than any else out there in terms of adjustment and tightness. All lifters at my gym have it, and it is very well made and is in an awesome color combination (I got the black/red). This is a very good.
