This is my best friend when it comes to knees. ACL repairs have been completed on both my knees (left hand was torn again). Living on hard knees is all one can do. The last ten years or so, I have been a power lifter. With these, my knees are not howling in pain all the time. No tightness in my quads, minimal stability in the joint, no more aches or swelling after a workout or a run. This is the first thing I've ever bought from them. I don't know why I waited so long. It's the first brand I've tried I had been looking at others, but they seemed too expensive to me. The positive reviews and cool look attracted me to these brands out of several that I looked at and read reviews for. Compared to other journals, these ones tend to be longer. Thank you for sending them. I am happy with The shoes have been in my possession for a couple of weeks now, taken off I no longer experience pain, soreness, swelling, or lack of self-confidence. Although I'm not as strong as I used to be, I still love getting under squat bars and these things made me feel like everything was right where it should be. This isn't something that will make you lift a bunch more, but it allowed me to squat to full depth without feeling my knees My height is 6'2, my weight is 205lbs, my knees are about 14" or so, and I got the Mediums. It took me a minute to get accustomed to the snug fit, but then I felt like a rock. The gym I lift at is a home gym, which can be quite cold. Keeping my knees warm is therefore essential.

I used the sleeves yesterday for one session after receiving them last week. The inner neoprene layer is split as you can see in the attached images. In my next session I will not use these sleeves since the outer cloth layer does not seem to be damaged. Feels like it impinges on the calf (stitch area) from a comfort standpoint. Although there are a few cons listed above, the stability is good. There have been other IRON BULL products I have used. Probably last me a few years if I take care of them correctly, but I was disappointed in the sleeves quality

I had been using another brand for about 2 years, but I was not happy with the sleeves quality. Due to the sleeves being loose, it was decided to change. The neoprene & leather still held up Despite its age, this item is still in excellent condition. It provides great stability, comfort, and support.

There is a possibility that I am spoiled They are the first knee sleeves I have ever worn. Trying to decide what would best suit my needs and goals, I looked online for a while, but felt worried about durability issues. That led me to do one final round of review diving and found Iron Bull. I am so impressed with the quality of this product I am jumping up and down. This gives them a sense of comfort. In addition to keeping my joints warm, they helped me feel supported enough to increase their weight by many pounds on my squats. I also did not experience any nutcracker pain on my left side either, which kept me from going even The diameter of my knee measured 15", so I bought a medium. A good fit is achieved with these. I would not say that it's too tight. Although I am not really concerned with compression, I might have comfortably gone for a medium if I needed more.

Squatting is one of the reasons I bought these knee sleeves for crossfit. They're a little long and dig in a little there for someone my size and with a 14-inch calf. It will take some time for them to relax.
