A disclaimer follows. As far as I know, this is my first pair of knee sleeves. As far as I know, knee wraps are my only experience with them. These sleeves have played a critical role in my squat workouts, and I have used them for about a dozen times with great results! In order to avoid tendonitis in my knee, I was forced to stop squatting for nearly It has been difficult for me to get back into the gym recently due to knee pain. Even using just the barbell, the pain makes me stop. They provide excellent support for my knees and I often use them several times a week. They are excellent for support and I have The knee pain in my right leg has been greatly reduced by using these, so I cannot live without them. The problem is that they're hard to pull up while sweating, so everyone must make sure they're wearing them before going to the gym. When I was sweating, I used to lift them up in between workouts, but I can no longer do that.

I have used them for weight training during Olympic games and have found them to be superior to most knee sleeves Although there is one downside that I will point out, if you have large calves you might find these sleeves somewhat uncomfortable due to the tight fit around the armpit area.
