I had Inzer's for heavy lifting but needed to pad, stabilize, and have a sports bra for regular workouts. If you want a lot of compression, go with a smaller size as these are pretty middle of the road in terms of compression.

After just one and a half weeks of use, the stitching on the garment has torn

Squats were done with the knee sleeves for about 4 weeks (4-5 times a week Five squat workouts) and one of them is I was very disappointed with them because they were comfortable enough and helped relieve pressure on my knees, but the stitching quality is very poor and they did not hold up well. I would consider that to be misleading if the items rip after only a short period of time. Images are included to show you where it has been.

As I mentioned earlier, the only thing that prevents me from giving this shirt a five star rating is that one of the sleeves constantly curls under on the bottom and digs into your leg, which is extremely On the other hand, we have tried both sleeves on each leg, and neither does this. There's something wrong with the stitching, but I'm not sure what it is.

These are the best knee sleeves I have ever owned. The position of your knees is very stationary. I CAN WEAR THEM 24 HOURS A DAY AND NOT FEEL CONCORRIBLY STIFF. The reason so many people wear these every day at the gym is not clear to me. We missed out on this product, it relieved our knees from so much pain. This garment keeps the muscles tight and warm no matter how active you are. Jumping, squatting, lunging no movement is restricted. It may be a good idea to order a second pair in case.

They fit snugly and are shaped to conform to the shape of the knee. As well as being affordable, they were also high quality. As far as they are concerned, they have lasted well, even though I've only been using them for a little over a month (but at least 60 minutes a day). was ripped some part of my knee years ago, and it's still a bit small and weak, so compression helps when I run or do strength training.
