It didn't matter to me if it was the best or not, I got relief right away. Since I wear it all night, it is quite comfortable for me. In addition to exercising at least three times per week, I haven't experienced any knee pain while wearing the knee brace.
Sleeves fit snugly over the thighs and fit below the knees. Depending on the fabric, it could slip if worn over tights. There may be a tendency to pull repeatedly on it. This is a small run. The fact there were no refunds or returns makes this a zero in my book.
The reason I purchased it was because my brother was a convert. While I was visiting, I felt my knees were hurting and I told him to give his to me. My brother plays college football and his personal trainer insists he wears this after practice. I was shocked when the aching went away after a few minutes. As a result, I ordered this right away so that the minute I got back home, I could wear it. The measuring instructions were followed carefully. YOU NEED TO DO THIS REGULARLY. All you idiots who cannot read well on this site, you can definitely not return this. When you reduce the reviews based on the fact that you are dumb, it hurts people that need this product. If your knees ache everyday, then you should get this and you will not be disappointed.
We are unable to return the product due to the wrong size. Feelings of sadness.
Despite being as ordered, the knee sleeve is a good product, but would have been better had the size Since I was already using a medium before ordering, I ordered the same size medium There is less room in this sleeve when measured around the thigh as there was in my previous garment. In the absence of a return policy, I am unsure how I should use this. Though I will give it another try for a short time, I will not be using it every day like I had hoped.
The left side of my left knee has had problems ever since I had ACL surgery on my right side. I'm sure I've been overcompensating and it has taken a toll on me.
