In my case, I am a bit on the fence with my knees (replaced ACL in one, missing ACL in the other, and partially torn meniscus in the third one). I expected it to fit higher on the leg beyond the knee based on the Amazon advertising headline. Although it is my correct size, it is only about 4 or 5 inches wide and can slip a little, even though it is my correct size. I find it pinches behind the knee at times, and I can feel the stays on the sides are quite stiff sometimes. Having said that, I am keeping it because it was an expensive purchase and I only need to wear it when I am walking. A bulky garment is definitely noticeable under it. Maybe I will try it on top of my leggings. In the end, it's a decent device, but I'm not blown away by Technology seems to be very accurate in most cases, but I wonder how much of it is really true.

A year ago, I had knee surgery- I had a Meniscectomy, osteotomy and chondroplasty, and I was able to remove the hardware from a 25 year old ACL reconstruction. As a result of the swelling that occurred above and around the knee, I ordered this brace within a week and have not taken it off since then. (Except when the swelling in my lower extremity responds to immediate comfortable now, my knee isn't sloshing and my quads are being gently supported I'm not driving yet but I think the brace has been crucial to my recovery. This brace is comfortable and I like how there are extra supports sewn in, which I believe aid in holding the brace in place. A large fit me because I am 6 foot 155 pounds, quad atrophied, and I'm 155 lbs.
