It doesn't matter which color knee sleeves you choose, because they are the same in composition and potency, but the texture and tightness of each color is a bit different. Personally, I prefer the grey as it feels more smooth to the touch and the black as it feels

The measurements on these feet fell between two sizes (L/XL), so I purchased two. In order to help with my baker's cyst, it is suggested that I wear these. I really like it, and I prefer the one that is tighter. Nevertheless, please note that there are two plastic rods on either side of the tube, and these hurt when bent like other reviewers have mentioned. Neither of my rods has been able to straighten out due to bending. This is fine for me if I'm on my feet, but while sitting at my desk, they start digging into my skin after a while. As painful as it is, I can understand why. Although the XL one tends to slip down a little, it is very easy to return to the original position. There hasn't been any bending of the bars in this one. In a perfect world, I would have given this product five stars if it didn't include the bars and rods. The difference I notice when I wear it is noticeable. The desk job I have does not allow me to wear it for very long.
I don't know about the excellent reviews, but I failed to notice any changes in the product. My knee pain did not improve as well.
I ordered the right size, but it did not feel supportive.
There was no relief to my back pain It was very sore the next day when I stretched my calf muscle. Make sure you're very careful when you limit the movement of a joint!.
The first thing I noticed was the high quality of the product. After trying it on and walking around for a while, I found that the socks stayed in place and maintained their shape better than other compression socks I have tried so far. After that, I realized that the semi flexible ribs embedded in the sides serve a purpose. It is possible that other brands also do this by adding stiffeners. The last time I saw that was years ago. There may be a related basis for the science that IR absorption and emittance in the materials used to transmit a different wavelength of heat (IR) back to the joint in the semiconductor materials in the cloth, but I find the claims to be highly dubious. It is possible to achieve the IR image they show in the box by wrapping a flexible material such as neoprene around the device. However, you feel too hot and sweaty when you are wearing them. The design of this sleeve may offer an optimum balance between providing comfort and providing light compression with heat therapy. It is a good compression sock, but I do think is a little pricey for what it is, so I don't necessarily recommend it in that capacity.
Having worn it since I got it, I haven't suffered from the step climbing pain. It stinks (yet), as someone else has said. the knee wrap doing yard work and as usual my knees were soaked in sweat. However, it dried overnight without a stench. It is possible that I may purchase a backup if the allergy does not return.
I am disappointed. As a result, I am very disappointed with this product. I measured and am sure I ordered the right size. Out of the box, it fit great and provided relief for my sore knee during the first week or ten days. I found that after the first week, the brace had become stretched out, and it slid down my leg uncomfortably. There was little point in it other than to be annoying. When I tried to put it in the dryer, it initially tightened up for a day or two, but quickly became too much trouble. Your money is better spent elsewhere. Due to the fact that it was purchased from Amazon, Incrediwear does not offer support.
I would like to deny it after initially wanting to. The Covid Foundation- I guess life blew it up a bit. I had wanted to claim that I had just bad timing, but it was actually more complex. As we age, we experience this natural phenomenon There is a lot of semi-moderate support out there. My experience with incrediwear has been very positive because it provides support and stability without leaving me looking elderly. The lining is much better than cheaper brands with plastic/rubber inside, since the "no slip" adhesive tends to burn and rip my skin off. The incrediwear works well for me, so I ordered five more after I tried one.
Okay, so I tore my meniscus, which is bad. It was cumbersome and uncomfortable to wear the brace my pt gave me. Having done some research online, I came across this one and read No idea why or how it works, but this thing is fantastic, I can have pain and just put it on and it dulls it. My knees stay straight during exercises because of it as well. When I first tried a medium size, I couldn't get it up my calf. I measured afterwards and realized I wasn't an xl. I weigh 125 lbs, but with this brace I am definitely an XL. . . so.
I'm sorry to say that I didn't find it worth the cost. It was very discomforting to wear the sleeves with their constant slippage and the bars on either side. As if they were digging into my skin, they would pinch and dig. The issue still persists even when I try a different size. From a person who has had knee problems for a long time, and even undergone a few surgeries, I can tell you that this sleeve offered no support and didn't help. This is not a product I would recommend. I'm glad I was able to return it.
