How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

RELIEF FROM PLANTAR FASCIITIS: Our arch support socks apply compression to the center of your feet, stimulating blood flow and relieving pain. Similar to an ankle brace in terms of support.
FOOT SUPPORT: Our foot compression sleeves act as a support system for the fascia ligament by gently applying targeted compression to the arch of your foot.
TIME OF DAY You can even take them to bed with you!
WORKOUT-FRIENDLY: Our arch support sleeves provide ankle support while helping to prevent sports injuries, whether you're walking, running, dancing, or standing.
PERFECT FIT: Use the size chart to find a foot sleeve that won't slip or slide and provides the right amount of support with each step. If you want more compression, go down a size.

Questions & Answers

What dimensions do you have?

The size chart can be found in the third image in the description. I am, however, a women's size 9 to 9. 5 (with a thin foot but a high arch), and I was able to maintain a mid-foot position. I measured my foot and it was right on the line between M and L, so I bought a pair of the M (figuring I needed them to be tight). I was correct, and these have been a great help, and unlike wrapping, they fit in most shoes, even when using "vet tape." However, perhaps because of my high arches, I am unable to sleep in them and must remove them at the end of the day, even to relax comfortably in the recliner. br>As a result, measure your foot and, if you're close to the size limit, (1) size down if you need compression, but (2) size up if you'll be sleeping in them. br>By the way, I chose this brand because it had the loosest cuff of all the brands on Amazon - I didn't want my ankles to be restricted. Of course, they aren't sloppy, but I have sport socks that leave a deeper impression. If you have diabetes or a circulatory problem, you should probably consult your doctor.

Is there any compression on the top of the foot? I require illumination – I'm tired of wearing wraps because I have a stress fracture that requires medium compression. ?

Yes. My right foot suffered from plantar fasciitis. Just below my big toe on my left foot, I had a pain. Both socks were on my feet. It made both of them better. My feet were squeezed by the tight fit. That's how I got my left foot to heal. I attempted to encircle my left foot with my left hand. It was impossible to walk with it because it was too heavy. Enter with your shoes on. I hope this information is useful.

Is this the best brand in terms of quality?

I work at a hospital and walk miles a day on concrete. When my plantar fasciitis flares up, I put these on at night and wake up the next morning pain-free. They're made beautifully and are very sturdy. I hand wash them and hang them to dry in the morning, and they're ready for the next night. I wish you luck with your response.

Are they a little too tight around the ankles?

The ankles are not at all restricted. Overall, they are very comfortable, but I remove them before going to sleep. After several hours, I believe the pressure has become too much.

This is ideal for pain relief! My plantar fasciitis was severe, and it took more than a year for it to go away completely
5/5

I tried braces, sleeves, creams, and eventually saw a podiatrist, but the second best thing that helped me with my plantar fasciitis was these. My podiatrist and the steroid shot I received were the best things that happened to me. These sleeves, on the other hand, helped to alleviate my walking pain. I tried a couple of other brands, but they were ineffective, whereas these are fantastic. I would not sleep with a sleeve on. br>br>The formula for resolution = stretching ice packs proper insoles/shoes plantar fasciitis sleeve steroid shot (if the above do not work on their own)br>br>The night splint and sleeping boot were a waste of time and money. It's also difficult to get a good night's sleep when they're on. It always hurts more in the morning, and keeping your foot in a specific position overnight will not speed up the healing process. Stretching your foot before walking on it can help to alleviate pain.

Amazing! I've come to terms with the fact that I'm no longer a skeptic
5/5

For the past six weeks, I've been suffering from plantar fasciitis and have devised a treatment plan that includes Epson Salts soaking, Power Step orthotic insoles in high-quality hiking boots, and reduced walking/no running. Since developing this bothersome and limiting ailment, I have not noticed any significant improvement in my condition. I haven't tried taping my own foot yet, but I was planning on doing so soon. br>br>As an alternative to taping, I ordered the Bitly Compression Foot Sleeves last week. The product arrived as promised, but I was disappointed by the light weight nature of the fabric as well as the construction when I took it out of the package. "My socks compress more than this!" I thought to myself. "br>br>I immediately put the sleeve on my foot, and the initial sensation was almost audible laughter because I thought, "There's no way this thing can have any effect. " Two hours later, I noticed some relief, and ten hours later, it was remarkable. That first night, I decided not to wear the sleeve to bed, but the next morning, I realized I had made a mistake. I wore the sleeve all night last night, and the relief has lasted all night and into today. br>br>I had contacted the supplier about my concerns the morning I received my product, and they emailed me within four hours with an offer of a different size pair of sleeves. While I enjoy receiving excellent customer service, I decided to wait at least 48 hours before responding to something with which I had no prior experience. I'm glad I held off, and I'm happy to report that I'm now a believer. br>br>If you have plantar fasciitis, I strongly advise you to include these sleeves in your treatment plan. I'm not a doctor, and I haven't fully recovered, but I can take a step without much pain this morning. The benefit far outweighs the cost. I'm still walking cautiously and will keep working toward full recovery, but these sleeves have become the cornerstone of my recovery hopes. Amazing! br>br>.

The world's greatest skeptic is ecstatic! At the age of 42, I retired from distance running after completing eight marathons and a slew of half marathons over the course of six years
5/5

I was having trouble controlling my PF near the end. Several attempts to re-enter the running world were thwarted by PF flare-ups that occurred as soon as I attempted to run any significant distance. When PF reappeared after week three, I was desperate for a fix and turned to Amazon, where I discovered these socks. I'm a skeptic to the core, but I was desperate and the cost was minimal. I wear them to bed every night, and in my running shoes, I use custom insoles, and in my everyday shoes, I use DR Schools PF. My PF is now completely under control; I can run without pain and wake up with no pain. I'm amazed that something so basic has helped me overcome my PF struggles. I've been running for four months and have increased my weekly mileage to 25 miles. Now that I've reintroduced running into my life, I've regained a sense of balance; last week, I won my age group in my first organized race in years. Thank you very much!.

There is no return policy and the size chart is not very accurate
3/5

I was extremely disappointed because I had high expectations for this product; I'd been suffering from plantar fasciitis for a long time and had tried a variety of treatments and exercises. I was so excited after reading the reviews for this product - I ordered according to their size chart, but the sleeves were too big. I usually wear a size 7, so I went with the medium as recommended in the size chart, and they fit like a regular sock with no compression at all when I tried them on. So it didn't work for me because it felt like I was wearing a sock that was too big! When I went to return them so that I could get a size small, they were out of stock. This product has a no-return policy, so I basically paid $16 for it. 96 for something that serves as a half-sock. There isn't even a complete sock here. So, if you're a size 7, the S might be a good option. Make sure you don't make the same mistake I did and pay for a pair of socks that aren't complete.
