It is a medium ankle compression sleeve that I bought. I have used these while walking my dog, lifting weights, and jogging so far.
These did a great job of compressing and supporting without feeling itchy, stiff, or uncomfortable. Due to the fabric's lightness and breathability, I think it has something to do with it. This company sold me an ankle brace three years ago, these 'sort of' look the same, but in fact, they are much less expensive. I can understand why they're cheaper and they have two in a package. I don't have nearly as much support as I did with the old Circulation problems can be treated with these, but injury treatment cannot be facilitated. With my expensive Bauerfeind brace it is just too complicated for me to whizz on and these new Kunto braces do not work as well.
