I purchased it for my wife's swollen foot and ankle. There was a lot of comfort and relief provided by it for her. There were several ways to use it, and it could be positioned in other ways. were so well designed that I was able to put them in her hospital boot that she has to wear for up to four hours each day I will be out for six At night, without the ice packs, she uses it as a wrap to hold the ankle in place while elevating the foot. I'm satisfied with her overall happiness, so I am as well. Only problem was that the order had been guaranteed to arrive on time, but it took 1 1/2 days to arrive. As a result, I had to buy other items that were a lot more expensive and didn't bring her any relief or comfort, and I had no way to return them once they Though I find it a waste of time, I still rate the product 5 I appreciate your kind words.

This lasts about one and a half to two hours After two hours, I had them wrapped to my foot like a pro. The foot and ankle were treated with ice packs. It only lasts 15 minutes, so this is a problem. I'm not able to help you out in this short period of time. As a consequence, I take my gel pack that only lasts two hours, place it on my foot or ankle, and then wear an ankle/foot wrap to keep the gel pack My ace wrap is wrapped around the outside of the side tabs of the boot to hold it in place until the velcro reaches the sides. It is also very difficult to open the long velcro sides that are required to put in the ice packs. the gel packs have been opened, if they are frozen, they cannot be put in. During the summer, they must be kept at room temperature. My method of freezing the whole wrap is to put it in the freezer once I put them in.

There are actually two gel packs in the box, not 1 as appears on the outside of the box. As a result, you'll have a lot more coverage on both sides of your ankles. So far, I've only used it cold, so I aren't sure how long each pack will last in heat, but if it's cold, I'd say it'll last 20 minutes at most. Once the gel packs have been frozen, they will need to be put back into the freezer for another 25 minutes. I didn't get any instructions, but it's not a big deal as it seemed fairly self-explanatory This illustration shows how the ankle wrap wraps around your ankle and how the packs are put into the ankle wrap. There was a follow-up message from them Nice touch to send me a follow-up email a couple days after I received it asking if I had any questions or issues. Overall, this product did the job and I am very happy with it. I will buy this product again in the future.

Foot wraps can improve foot pain and can be worn for longer without getting tired. The fit of the wrap is excellent, the materials are high quality, and it has quite a comfortable feel, especially since the cold packs stay cool Honestly, I have not much to say, except for the fact that as a foot wrap it works perfectly, and it has certainly helped me after I have also bought another Arris product that I use for more than one purpose that was probably not intended at the time of purchase. When I'm hiking, I plan to use the cold packs as ice packs to transport food / drinks, and to keep my body temperature cool by putting them around my neck. The fact that my ankle will heal up and it won't bother me as much means this product will be used plenty. There is nothing to lose The winner is!.

The best product for swelling ankle after a cast. I love, love, love this product. I was having constant pain and swelling of my ankle after a cast was removed. If you suffer from ankle swelling for any reason, this item would be an ideal solution.

Good quality seems to be evident in the product. Thought was obviously put into this design, but there are two main problems, both of them relating to users. I tried putting gel packs in the well hidden pockets, but they were difficult to put in. Packs were not frozen at this time, and it was very difficult to fit the packs into the sleeve pocket to the full length. Having this appliance on was a hassle to put on and reduce swelling in my ankles. I ordered it to reduce swelling in my ankles, but getting it on was a pain. You should not have any problems if you are thin and agile. However, if your ankles are swollen and it is difficult for you to bend over, it is likely that you will start talking like a sailor within a short period of time. It was next to impossible to complete this task. Though I would like to give it a final try, it appears these will be returning. The product is of high quality so it is too bad.

After experiencing a recent bout of plantar fasciitis, I ordered this product. In the freezer, things can get very cold. However, I haven't tried it yet as a warm wrap, although I believe it would work just fine. So I just keep the entire wrap in the freezer so that it's ready when I need it. This shoe fits me comfortably, and it is a little large, which isn't a bad thing. I wear a size 12/Men's 10/EU 46 shoe. Even if this is too big for those with smaller feet, it is convenient for me since sometimes it is hard to find shoes in larger sizes.

This is helpful to me when I have I would imagine you know how hard it is holding ice or sitting with your foot on ice when you have had this experience before. This boot is designed so that you can move your foot around without worrying about leaving behind ice. Although not designed to be used as a walking boot, it is recommended not to walk with it. Frosting lasts about 30 minutes, and it freezes pretty quickly. Due to the cold temperature, I had trouble wiping the sweat from my brow for 30 minutes.
