The product I found very useful for me because I suffer from mild footdrop on one side due to CMT. I was recommended to go to my PT because I'm still quite active and AfO might make me less active. Using this product has relieved me of a great deal of pain and fatigue that I get from walking long distances. I also get relief for my back and hip with this product. Under my scrub pants, I can completely hide it as it is very low profile. It is so helpful that I might wear it with short pants or shorts in the future. Note
Tip It is much more comfortable (and still barely noticeable) to wear on the outside of the shoe. Make sure you get the right amount of lift by adjusting the settings.

I really love this item. It would fit me better if it was a small. The drop foot brace I have worn for over 5 years has failed to hold up my foot well. I was skeptical when I first found this brace but now I have no problems with it. But it isn't By the time I ran around and used it, my foot was urting and I fell asleep from it digging into my leg. I tried loosening it but it kept sliding down into my shoe, so by the end of my running around and using it, my foot was sore. One thing that would be great would be if they designed one for plus size people (bariatric sizing). In order to test if it will work that way, I purchased some industrial Velcro strips to try adding to it. That would be great because I don't want to have to return it.
There have been several braces I have bought but I like this one very much. It is comfortable and keeps the front of my foot elevated to avoid It could be used while driving a car, but I keep it unhooked as much as possible.
This is way better than the stupid $1,000 brace I bought through my insurance company.
