There is a lot of stickiness to this tape. In addition, the shapes allow for a more effective way of applying the appropriate tension to the tape based on where it will be applied. After having it on for one week, the tape ripped part of my skin off. I gave it three stars since it ripped part of my skin. Oh no! As well, I got a little itchy from the adhesive. In my opinion, I will not purchase this tape or recommend it to others if they have sensitive or semi-sensitive skin Having thin skin can be dangerous. In addition, it is precut into strips, which doesn't work well for some of the larger areas that I wanted to use it for. Despite my hesitation, I decided to give it a shot since I do not fully comprehend the science behind it, but it is a very cheap option. It took one strip from my ankle to the bottom of my knee, and I no longer had It's amazing so far! I intend to slowly work my way down in stretch until I don't need the tape any more, but for now, it's pretty great.
I found KT Tape to be a much better product. The material is not as high quality as KT Tape. It doesn't stick as well and the shapes are helpful but it's somewhat gimmicky since most people figure this out after the first or second use.
The design and layout on this website were gorgeous, but I was not a huge fan In reviews, it said it helped hold up very well, which I agree with, but I ended up with a blistering rash, which is why I gave it 3 stars. Despite not getting a rash right away, I am unable to use the rest of the medication.
Even in the shower, the KT brand lasts at least three days. This is a waste of resources.
My foot has so far been wrapped three different times and the tape always falls off. Today I put on a tight sock to help I am not happy with this purchase!.
