There is nothing wrong with the case, but the product description needs to be corrected. There is no way the case will hold a full case of cigarettes and only standard-sized cigarettes will fit. It took me about eight hours to fit all of them in I have a case number of 10. I'm delighted with the product, it works very well with the cigarette fittings. Almost all of the things I have tried to fit into it either don't fit because of their form factor, or they don't fit because they aren't the right size. When they don't fit, I can only fit a few things into it.
It was a gift. Carrying the box is easy and the box is strong. Unless you smoke tall cigarettes, it is necessary to downsize. There's no room in the box for those.
