It was impossible for me to remove the lid. The determination I had was strong. As I increased the pressure gradually, I gently popped off the lid by placing it in my vice. Due to the last little tweak of the torque, it came off, but the adjustment also bent it already, so it would go back on as usual. There was no need to keep it. Prior to purchasing these, I had two screw top cylinders that held a single pack of 100's. Having destroyed one of the screw tops after cross threading it and having to get it open again, I do not recommend the screw tops. I thought it would be fun to try these out. On March 28, 2020, I bought two. After being ordered two days later, they have been in constant use for the past two months. I have found them to be the best for my Ryo The 100's I tuck inside are divided into two packs. Golden Harvest tubes with a 25mm diameter are what I use. In addition, if you have more than one of these, make sure only one lid is taken off at a time since the lids are secured unless you switch them around.
