Do these wipes seem dry to you? Doesn't appear to be any alcohol on them or any cleanser ?

I wouldn't recommend soaking them, they're very dry and not suited to anything

They don't describe themselves as wet alcohol wipes, so I thought when I ordered them we were going to get wet alcohol wipes, but others have found a useful.
