DIXIE DOESN'T HAVE ANY SHARP EDGES! Dixie's Forks and Spoons had no sharp edges, which I found to be a pleasant surprise

Other brands I've tried have an "unfinished" edge on the fork tines and spoon tips. br>These are a lot safer, especially if you're feeding a child or an elderly person by hand! br>They are also extremely strong and do not easily snap.
