THESE WERE GREAT TOWELS, AND THE FACT THAT THEY COULD BE USED WITH A QUARTER SHEET WAS AMAZING. i was going to order another package of 16 towels i would like to know how to do this However, I am not likely to do so. I would most likely return to my standard Scott paper towels, something I do not enjoy, because it is rare to be able to tear a sheet cleanly. I would not recommend buying this item! Brawny has been a favorite of mine for years, and I like this tear a square option as well. All of a sudden, however, they have a ridiculously bad quality. There is little more annoying than ripping your towel off the roll on the counter, only to have it all come unspun or to tear in some random place since the roll is not falling apart along the perforations as it usually does (and has done in the past). Quality is expected from this brand, for which I pay more than others. In addition to calling and emailing Georgia Pacific (manufacturer), I sent them a message. After a few days of trying, I received an email back with a case # asking for many specifics, including UPC codes and proof of purchase, which I provided in a reply They never got back to me. Within a month or so, I received an email back from my previous voice mail asking that I contact them again, with a different case #. After referring to the case number exactly as they instructed, I decided to call back but was never contacted again. Years after I purchased a 16 pack, I received a form letter in the mail today with coupons for a free six pack (up to a $7 value). As for the other 10 rolls in the 16 pack I originally purchased, there is no 6 pack option on amazon (where I originally purchased these) for less than $7, not to mention it does not resolve my complaint about the quality of the other rolls. They closed the case with mailed coupons which do not even reimburse the quantity. If anything, they want me to pay more money for the privilege of purchasing a defective and terrible quality product. As a consumer, I will always give my business to companies that show value to Consumers' experiences with their product were of no concern to this company since they could fix some production line errors. The company wanted to send a generic coupon and a form letter rather than to contact any companies directly. I am sorry to inform you that I will be placing my next order with Proctor and Gamble (Brawny). It's outrageous that you're taking advantage of people during a pandemic by selling shoddy garbage at overpriced rates!.

I'm a little surprised that I feel compelled to write about this item, but I am so strongly in love with it that I can't help myself. When I was staying at a hotel, I needed paper towels As always, I had to go home order as there were shortages at the time, and this was all that I could find for delivery. I must say, it does not beat It's not nearly as strong and absorbent, and while I thought the quarter sheet idea was interesting in theory, it actually comes across as pretty stupid in practice. A quarter is kind of difficult to rip off quickly or if your hands are wet, and there are very few times when I thought to myself, "Wow, a half sheet is just way too much work!". Perforations fall apart when you're trying to use the towel, so most of the towels fall apart when you're using them. Getting these was better than going without at a time when I didn't want to risk contracting diseases fighting people for paper goods at Target first thing in the morning, but I won't buy them again if I have a chance.

Most of the bulk goods I've received have been more expensive than buying in the store and have started to fall apart as I'm My paper towel doesn't need to be ripped in half and then into My company is looking for the old dependable and reliable Brawny that earned my loyalty.
