Especially if it's one that's negative. But I wanted to share so that others could make an educated decision before purchasing this scent. Tide Pods are one of my favorite things in the world. I buy and use them on a regular basis, and I've never had an issue with a scent or the way they're used. Have I ever experienced one that’t dissolve 100%? Yes, I've done it before, but I simply tossed the item into the next load of laundry and it was fine. There's nothing to be upset about. I bought the Clean Breeze scent a few weeks ago after reading so many positive reviews and having never had any issues with Tide Pods. I opened them to smell them after I received them. The chemical odor caught me completely off guard. However, because I had made a purchase, I decided to give this scent a chance. I figured that once the Pod had been mixed with water and washed, it would smell a little better. I went to put my clothes in the dryer after hearing my washer finish its cycle. My laundry room had a strong odor of hairspray. I wish I was joking when I described the smell. My son came up to me and asked what I was cleaning and what I was using, then proceeded to comment on how strong it smelled. bad. My load of clothes needed to be rewashed, which took two hours. To get the chemical smell out of my washer, I did three more washings with different Tide Pod scents. Let's jump ahead a few weeks to today (1/2/2020). My Clean Scent bottle is sitting on a shelf in my laundry room, and I recently decided to give it another chance. This was a scent I was really hoping would work. Even after washing one shirt, the Pod reeked of chemicals. When I heard the washer finish its cycle, I went back to start the wash. Yes, there was a distinct chemical odor. My shirt has a perm-like odor to it. So I'm rewashing it right now. Sorry for the lengthy review; I wanted to share my experience with this scent in the hopes of helping others.
I'm not sure if this supply has a bad batch or not, but I can't imagine anyone liking a smell like this. The headache starts right away and doesn't go away. It smells exactly like the cheapest industrial detergent you can imagine multiplied by a factor of ten. Ordered these before we ran out of the last pods, but by the time we opened them, the meager 30-day return window had passed us by.
Tide PODS is one of my favorite brands of laundry detergent. I've been using them for a long time. I usually purchase the "Spring Meadow" scent, but I wanted to try something different, so I purchased the "Clean Breeze" scent. A strong chemical odor was present in this scent. Maybe it's just me, I reasoned. After that, I went to Amazon and read some other reviews. I noticed that the chemical odor was a recurring theme. This is still a 4-star rating for me. I gave it five stars because the Tide PODS product is excellent; I just assumed the scent was the problem. I was fortunate in that I was able to return it. Tide PODS were purchased in "Spring Meadow. ".
Make a plan! Clean Breeze does have something off about it, in my opinion. I've been using tide for a long time, and my favorite scents are Mountain Spring and April. I noticed all of the new scents and decided to purchase them one by one. The only one I hadn't tried yet was Clean Breeze. The scent is one of my favorites. I was planning on making it my go-to, but something in it makes my skin itch. For a few weeks, I scratched my head, trying to figure out what was wrong. Finally, I decided to put my laundry through its paces. I had some remaining Coral Blast pods, so I used them to wash all of my clothes and sheets. After a good shower, the itching subsided and went away for the most part. I still couldn't believe this wonderful-smelling Tide was off-limits, so I decided to wash a pair of sweatpants just to be sure (since I had already stopped using my Downy unstopable). I got home, put on my freshly washed sweatpants, and there was nothing there at first. But I started itching after only a few hours. It was extremely itchy, and it sent a jolt of pain through my entire body. SO- , I want potential buyers to be aware that they may be unable to use it and will be forced to try something else. In other words, don't use it as your only laundry detergent because if your skin itches and you've just washed your clothes with it, you'll want to strip naked and wash everything again, so have something else on hand. It's possible that going to Walmart to get new detergent will be an unpleasant experience. The itch/pain isn't on your side. Consider how itchy your underwear is. It certainly isn't your pal. Itching on the face, neck, back, legs, and arms. OH- It's not a friend of yours! Be ready.
I've been using this product for a long time, but this batch is defective. They're dissolving on the clothes, leaving a white stain that won't go away. I will not purchase them from Amazon again because they are not of the same quality as the ones I bought in the store.
They're fantastic, in my opinion. I believe that those who have left negative reviews on this site simply require advice. People are expressing their dissatisfaction with the fact that they are unable to dissolve. I always use three pods and place them near the source of the water. Why wouldn't you want to do that? They've never failed to dissolve in my experience. Even when the water is cold. There is a disadvantage, but if you don't act foolishly, it should not occur. Do not attempt to pop them yourself. Whatever you put into them will be bleached. It happened only twice in the years I've been using them, and it was so minor that it didn't even register. br>br>Overall, I think they're great. People simply don't know how to do laundry, in my opinion.
Large loads of laundry with them take about 3 pods, whereas large loads of laundry with the tide take about 2 pods. They also have a pleasant scent, which is a plus, and they clean the clothes thoroughly, so they clearly do their job. The only drawback is that they are slightly more expensive than other pods, but they are still excellent.
Except for the fact that the pods started to leak, I absolutely loved this product. Keep in touch. Because I had some, I didn't open and use the tide until a few weeks later. They all clumped together into one big mess (what I purchased was back up). I did the best I could with what I had, but the rest is a disaster!.
